Refund Policy

Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within 5-10 business days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at support@visioninto.space. We will guide you through the exchange process.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including custom or personalized orders, items marked as final sale, and items that have been used, damaged, or altered after delivery.
Shipping Costs
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error (such as receiving an incorrect or defective item). In such cases, we will provide a prepaid shipping label.
